Reliance Power had announced 3 bonus shares for every 5 held on its board meeting
on sunday 24th February.
The company had recently issued shares at Rs 450 while giving a discount Rs 20 a share to retail investors.
By this bonus issue the Price per share for retail investor will come down to Rs. 269.
